Also, before returning the item, please contact us at: info@smaguszaislai.lt to discuss the details and get the address to which you should return the item.

 

To return items:

1. If you wish to return an unused item and cancel the contract - fill out this contract cancellation and returns form, or, if you are returning a defective item - this defective item form.


2. Check if the returned item meets our return conditions.


3. Send the completed form to info@smaguszaislai.lt along with photos of the item's defect (if the item is faulty) or photos of the item with its original packaging (if the reason for return is different).


4. Upon receiving our response (within 1-2 business days), send the item back to the address from which you received it.


5. Once we receive the item, we will refund the money to the account from which the payment was made within 1-2 business days.
